We do not refund customer cancellations less than 24 hours prior to departure. For cancellations of customers with more than 24 hours before departure, we refund the amount in full.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and sports shoes. If you opt for the sunset tour, we'd recommend bringing a jacket or wearing warmer layers, as it can get a bit chilly once the sun is gone. We also recommend bringing a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and a hat. Don't forget to charge your phone and camera beforehand so you can take pictures and videos of this incredible experience!
